Refund policy
At the moment, I do not offer refunds unless the item was damaged in the mail. If this condition applies, to be eligible for a refund, you must notify me by email and return the product within 14 calendar days after the item has been shipped.
If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
All items have been inspected for damage before shipment. Therefore, you must provide photo proof (or better yet, video proof) of the item having being damaged during shipment. Any intentional damages will not be refunded.
Exceptions
If you do not pay for any part of your order, be it the item itself, taxes, or the shipping fees, I will not ship your order, nor will you receive any refunds.
Exchanges
For preorder items, exchanges will not be approved once the preorder period has ended.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
Refunds
After I receive your item and deem it eligible, I will process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take up to 5 to 10 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.
